PNG to JPG Converter is a free online tool that batch-converts PNG images into JPG files, right inside your browser. Choose up to 20 PNGs at once, set a JPEG quality and a background colour for any transparent areas, then download each file individually or grab the whole batch as a single ZIP.
PNG files keep every pixel exactly and support transparency, which is why they are the default while you are still editing a design. Once a picture is finished, JPG is usually the better fit for the web: photo galleries, product listings, and most CMS uploaders expect it, and a JPG version of the same photo is typically much smaller to store and load. Converting one screenshot at a time is fine for a single file, but a folder of forty exported icons, a batch of product photos, or a set of scanned pages needs something faster than repeating the same three clicks forty times -- select every PNG at once, convert them together, and come back to a folder full of JPGs.
Every conversion happens on a canvas inside your browser: nothing is uploaded to this site or to any external service, so private photos, product mockups, or documents that have not been published yet never leave your device. The one exception is Download All, which fetches a small, widely used library the first time you build a ZIP file -- the PNG-to-JPG conversion itself keeps working even without that request succeeding, and every converted file can still be downloaded on its own. The batch limit is 20 files per session, enough for a typical folder without asking your browser to hold more than it comfortably can.
Click Choose PNG Images and select up to 20 files at once -- add more later if you have not reached the limit.
Drag the JPEG Quality slider to balance size against detail, and pick a Background color for any transparent areas.
Click Convert All to JPG. Each file's row updates to Done as it finishes, or shows why it could not be converted.
Download files one at a time from their row, or click Download All (ZIP) to save every converted file together.

Up to 20 per batch. Add more with Choose PNG Images as long as you are under that limit; if you pick files that would push you over 20, only enough to reach the limit are added and the rest are skipped.
Yes. Once at least one file shows Done, Download All (ZIP) becomes available and saves every converted JPG in a single .zip file. It builds the ZIP with a small library fetched once from a CDN, so that one button needs a connection even though the PNG-to-JPG conversion itself does not.
They are filled with the color you choose under Background for Transparency, because JPEG cannot store transparency at all. White suits most photos and screenshots; pick a matching color if the image will sit on a colored page.
JPEG is a lossy format, so some detail is discarded to save space. The Quality slider controls how much -- it starts at 0.92, where the loss is rarely visible, and you can raise or lower it for the whole batch before converting.
Its row shows Failed instead of Done, and the rest of the batch keeps converting normally. This usually means the file was not really a PNG (a renamed file, for example) or was corrupted -- open it in an image viewer to confirm, then try again.
Image Format Converter handles one image at a time between PNG, JPEG and WebP. This tool is built specifically for turning many PNGs into JPGs in one go, with per-file downloads and a single ZIP for the whole batch.
